Cancellation Policy:

*Once order is placed and confirmed, deposits are then made.  There are NO REFUNDS to any orders canceled with 2 weeks or less notice. For larger cakes, there are NO REFUNDS with 3 weeks or less notice.

*There are NO REFUNDS on ANY last minute orders.

*Changes /Adjustment to cake design cannot be made with less then 2 week notice. 

*If there is a change of date, please notify us a.s.a.p. with no less then 2 weeks notice of original date.  Customers whom require a change of date with less then 2 weeks notice will be required to pay/replace the amount spent on materials for their order.  All materials and ingredients are ordered 2 weeks to 5 days prior to comencement of order date.
